FUJ-FL(R)ND-24D series SF6 load switch is a switching device with a rated voltage of 24kV. It uses SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulating medium. The switch has closing, branching and grounding functions inside. With three work stations, it has the characteristics of small size, easy installation and use, and strong environmental adaptability.

This series of load splitters is divided into two types: FUJ-FLND-12D (K-type single spring operating mechanism) and FUJ-FL(R)ND-24D (A-type double spring operating mechanism). FUJ- FL(R)N port-24D type can be combined into a load switch + fuse combination appliance and has control and transformer protection functions, which can be used for power supply and substation protection and control of electrical equipment. It is especially suitable for ring network cabinets, cable distribution boxes and distribution switches.

FUJ-FL(R)ND-24D-type indoor high-voltage SF6 load switch and the main circuit part of its combined electrical appliances are sealed in an insulating shell made of epoxy resin cast using the APG process. , this insulating shell has the advantages of good insulation performance and resistance to pollution migration environments. The insulating shell is made up of two upper and lower insulating covers. The interior is filled with SF6 gas with a relative pressure of 0.045Mpa. The lower insulating cover adopts a partially thin-walled explosion-proof membrane to prevent the high-pressure gas from flowing out in the event of a failure. The explosion-proof membrane is released without causing damage to the operator or damaging other parts.

This product complies with IEC60265, IEC60420, GB3804, GB3806, GB16B26, GB/T11022 and other standards, and has passed all type tests.
